Producing a film or corporate video is great fun, but also an important investment, so we make sure we’re as transparent as we can be about how we work.
If you can’t find the answer to your questions here, feel free to give us a call.
What quality/resolution do you deliver in?
We like to deliver you the highest quality footage we can, so we deliver 1080p as standard and go up to a cinematic 6K resolution. We’ll always discuss with you which resolution and aspect ratio works best for you and your film.
How long does it take?
Depending on what we’re creating, a film can be made in a matter of days, or weeks! If you need a fast turn around let us know and we can accommodate but for best results, time spent planning is much more cost-effective.
Do you travel?
We’re based in London and Nottingham, and we’ve worked across the UK and Europe. Distance isn’t an issue, we can easily travel for recce’s and shoots, and we review all our videos online to make it quicker and easier for you.
How much does it cost?
Our prices range depending on what you need. A narrative ad with actors and art design costs much more than a talking head testimonial from your favourite client. It's important you let us know of any restrictions so we can fit your needs to your budget. After all, creativity is free.
How can I keep the budget down?
The best way to keep the budget down is creating as much as you can, when you can. If you know you need 4-5 social media videos, it makes sense to spend extra time planning to film as much as you can in one production day. We currently offer great prices for bulk buyers.
When do I pay?
We generally expect a deposit to be placed once you’ve approved our plans and wish to move forward. Depending on the size of the project, we may ask you to pay for production once filming has been completed, or the full receipt upon completion and delivery.
How many people does it take?
Employees, partners, or actors?
How long should my video be?
15 second Instagram story? 5 to 10 minute documentary about your company? The length of your video depends on who your audience is, where you’re distributing it, and what you intend to do with it. Longer videos work well for complex messages to an already engaged audience, while shorter videos can build engagement for your brand.
Where does the music come from?
We’ve got a variety of music libraries we have access to, as well as good relationships with musicians, artists and composers. We’ll clear the necessary rights required for your film before delivery.
Do you provide the script?
It’s important that in pre-production we all work together so we can learn as much about your company as possible, then we’ll take that information and create a script, we may even create a few for you to choose from. From there, we’ll make sure you see all revisions so we stay accurate to your company and industry standards.
How many revisions can I make?
We prefer to make sure we stay on track to creating the film you want from the beginning, so extra time spent planning cuts down on later revisions of scripts and edits. We generally set aside time for 2 script revisions, and 2 edit revisions as standard.
